Sign in to your company’s Claude workspace

Updated by 2Fifteen Tech

Use this guide when your company has provided access to a Claude Team or Enterprise workspace. Installing the app, having a personal Claude subscription, and having company workspace access are separate things.

1. Use your work email

Open claude.ai in your work browser profile. Use the email your company invited, and the sign-in method your organization provided. If your company uses single sign-on (SSO), follow its company sign-in route.

If another account is already signed in, check the profile/account menu before continuing. A private browser window can help identify an account mix-up, but some company sign-in policies require your managed browser.

2. Accept your invitation

If you received an email invitation, open it and follow the prompts using the invited work email. If your administrator gave you an organization invite link, use that link. A disabled or expired link needs to be replaced by your administrator.

Some organizations allow you to find or request to join their workspace during signup with a work email. This depends on their settings; organizations using SSO use their own provisioning process instead. If no invitation or company access is available, contact 2Fifteen Tech rather than buying a separate personal subscription to solve it.

3. Select the company workspace

Open the account menu using your name or initials. If you have both personal and company accounts or belong to several organizations, switch to the intended company workspace. Check the organization name before starting work.

If Claude asks whether to move or close an existing personal account, pause and review the choice before continuing. Contact us if you are unsure; joining a company workspace does not mean you need to move personal conversations into it.

4. Install the desktop app if needed

On a managed Mac, check Iru Self Service for the approved Claude app. If it is missing, ask us to check availability for your device. Installing the app does not assign a company seat or enable connectors.

If you are stuck in a sign-in loop

Confirm the email and sign-in route, then try once in the appropriate work browser profile. If the error says you have not been added to the organization, or the loop continues, send us the error rather than repeatedly creating accounts.

Contact 2Fifteen Tech support with your work email, expected organization name, exact error, and whether the problem happens on the website, desktop app, or both. Include the time and time zone of your last attempt. Crop screenshots to the error and leave private chats out.
